After using both, I'm sticking with The Bill Manager (http://www.thebillmanager.com). I've used both BillQ, Billster and a few others and I have to say -- The Bill Manager is the most straight forward. Plus, I know they have some pretty cool features slated for release. I highly recommend these guys.

I have been using BillQ for a while, but when I moved into new shared housing last month, the guys I moved in with were using Billster (http://www.billster.net/) to mange their bills. I have to say that it's a better looking site and I'm pleased I made the change, even though it was forced upon me :)

Billster does lack the import functionality, but after a quick chat with one of the developers called Tristan (using the cool Meebo chat window), he informed me that import and export was currently under development. Didn't matter at the time though, as the bills had been added for me...

Although I tried BillQ for a while, when I moved into my new shared house they were all using Billster (http://www.billster.net/) and I have to say that it's a nicer looking site, lacks the import functionality but seeing as the bills were already setup by the current bill payers, it didn't matter.
