		<description>I have to use a timer to remember the onion in the freezer after the time I learned a solidly-frozen onion won&#039;t chop. (Bear in mind I also once froze a $50 bottle of champagne. I generally don&#039;t use the freezer to chill things, just for storage.)

Swimming goggles do work for me, but I have to bend over closer to the onion because I&#039;m so nearsighted without my glasses. Heh.</description>
