There is a lot of information about mattresses throughout the internet, but the most important is to go to a local store, and feel them. You can watch the mattress and see if its adecuate for you. And if you want, after having the references, you could get great deals online. But I always suggest that you see, touch before buying them. Also, if you have problems in your back, go to a traumatologist and ask for the bed that you need to use.

thanks a lot.

I like the thicker mattress myself. I had done quite a bit of research before I bought this last bed. I really like the memory foam bed I have now.

Previous to this, and only about four years ago, I had purchased a bed at the local Sleepy's. I did not go for the most expensive, and not the cheapest either. The bed was never comfortable. It was a traditional box spring and mattress.

Now after years and years of lousy sleep, I can drift off into never never land and wake up many hours later refreshed. No more waking up several times a night.

I purchased from emattress.com which I used in the URL here ... I'm not affiliated with them, but this is where I purchased from. It's a great product and they will even recycle the old mattress now! I think that is something important too.
